Privacy Policy
Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER: set this date when the policy is finalised]
PLACEHOLDER TEMPLATE — this is a general-purpose starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it, and fill in the bracketed details below (business registration status, any third-party tools actually in use).
Who we are
RizwanStrategy.com is operated by Muhammad Rizwan Iqbal ([PLACEHOLDER: add company registration details if trading as a registered company, or state "operating as a sole trader" if not]), based in United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact rizwanstrategy@gmail.com.
What data is collected
This site collects personal data only when it's provided directly:
- Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), and message content.
- WhatsApp: any information shared when starting a WhatsApp conversation is handled within WhatsApp itself, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
- Email: anything sent directly to rizwanstrategy@gmail.com.
This site does not currently use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. [PLACEHOLDER: update this section if Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools are added later — they collect additional technical data such as IP address and browsing behaviour.]
How it's used
Contact form and email submissions are used only to respond to the enquiry — to discuss the service being asked about and, where relevant, to scope and deliver consulting work. Data is not sold, and is not used for marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Who it's shared with
Contact form submissions are processed through a third-party form service ([PLACEHOLDER: name the actual provider once configured — e.g. Formspree or Web3Forms — and link to their privacy policy]). This site is hosted on [PLACEHOLDER: hosting provider, e.g. Hostinger]. No other third parties receive this data.
How long it's kept
[PLACEHOLDER: state your actual retention practice — e.g. "Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless an active client relationship requires it to be kept longer for accounting or contractual reasons."]
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email rizwanstrategy@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
